The Prospect Street Garden

(2015 Round 1 - Spring) This project supported a group of young residents of the neighborhood to reactivate the long-abandoned Prospect Street Garden. The team rebuilt and planted the space, drew in most residents on the block to help, held a series of events with a civic focus in the garden, and built a collaboration/synergy with the nearby Serenity Garden.

(Ronda 1 de 2015 - Primavera) Este proyecto apoyó a un grupo de jóvenes residentes del vecindario para reactivar el Jardín de Calle Prospect (Prospect Street Garden), que había estado abandonado durante mucho tiempo. El equipo reconstruyó y plantó el espacio, atrajo a la mayoría de los residentes de la cuadra para que ayudaran, realizó una serie de eventos con un enfoque cívico en el jardín y construyó una colaboración/sinergia con el cercano Jardín Serenidad (Serenity Garden).
