Altering Visions

(2015 Round 1 - Spring) Support to an independent 14-minute film by Ronnie Patman, then a 19-year-old neighborhood resident, documenting the voices and perspectives of THDC youth growing up in a city and system stacked against them, in the context of the national Black Lives Matter movement.
