THDC Junior Curator Project
Ms. Lacy, a retired teacher and recognized community historian, worked with students from Shiloh CDC's Freedom School on an in-depth series of workshops about the history of the neighborhood, as a prelude to digitizing some of Ms. Lacy's collection of artifacts of Trenton's African American history.
Lacy (Trenton's African American history).
This project was made possible with funding from Isles, Inc., via the NJ Department of Community Affairs' Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit (NRTC) program.
