The Orchid House's “Community Kitchen” project is an initiative that will increase the operating hours and menu diversity of our Cafe while affording resident-owned culinary start-ups risk-free access to the equipment, marketing tools, and professional environment needed to make, sell, and scale their products in more formal markets.
El proyecto "Cocina Comunitaria" de Casa Orquídea (Orchid House) es una iniciativa que ampliará el horario de funcionamiento y la variedad del menú de nuestro café, al mismo tiempo que brinda a emprendimientos culinarios locales propiedad de residentes un acceso libre de riesgos a equipos, herramientas de marketing y un entorno profesional necesario para producir, vender y expandir sus productos en mercados más formales.
