Housing Counseling and Education

Community Housing Services of America (CHSA) is committed to empowering and educating low and moderate income families on the processes and resources available to assist them in purchasing a home. Our greater goal is to be able to rehab homes in Trenton and sell to members who we have counseled at below market rates to further beautify Trenton as well as create wealth building assets for underserved citizens of the city.

Servicios de Alojamiento Comunitario de America (CHSA) está comprometido a empoderar y educar a las familias de ingresos bajos y moderados sobre los procesos y recursos disponibles para ayudarlos a comprar una casa.
