(2015 Round 2 - Fall) Additional support to VAST's programming in the neighborhood, including GED and vocational education for 10 neighborhood residents, designing and planting a set of star-shaped daffodil beds along the D&R Canal by the Battle Monument, and education about Trenton’s history.
