The Birth Equity Transportation Program

The Birth Equity Transportation & Read to Succeed Mobile Book Store Program is a two-pronged approach to meet the needs of our most vulnerable populations- expectant mothers and children. The Hearts of Blue Foundation, Inc. will attempt to overcome a major social determinant of health for expectant mothers- transportation while providing a much-needed service to school-aged children- access to supplemental education materials.

El programa de Transportacion de Equidad en Parto & Libreria Movil Leer para Tener Exito es un enfoque doble para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestras poblaciones más vulnerables: mujeres embarazadas y niños. Fundacion Corazones de Azul, Inc. intentará superar un importante determinante social de la salud de las mujeres embarazadas: el transporte y al mismo tiempo proporcionara un servicio muy necesario a los niños en edad escolar: el acceso a materiales educativos complementarios.
