Equality: The heART of Trenton
“Equality: The heART of Trenton” (co-funded by Isles): This project combines reflections on social justice with community-engaged public art. Each TCAT artist will paint a piece on a large panel that expresses their experiences with and feelings about structural inequality. The creation process will be open to the Trenton community, to engage with the artists and create their own art pieces speaking to equity and social justice themes. (Funded from Old Trenton Neighborhood 2019 funds from the NRTC via Isles.)
"Igualdad: El Corazon de Trenton" (“Equality: The heART of Trenton”) (cofinanciado por Isles): Este proyecto combina reflexiones sobre la justicia social con el arte público de la comunidad. Cada artista de TCAT pintará una pieza en un panel grande que exprese sus experiencias y sentimientos sobre la desigualdad estructural. El proceso de creación estará abierto a la comunidad de Trenton, para interactuar con los artistas y crear sus propias obras de arte que hablen sobre temas de equidad y justicia social.
