Sheltered Yoga provided weekly yoga classes at two Trenton Housing Authority sites, including a special chair yoga program for seniors at French Towers.
Yoga Albergado (Sheltered Yoga) ofreció clases semanales de yoga en dos sitios de la Autoridad de Vivienda de Trenton (Trenton Housing Authority), incluyendo un programa especial de yoga en silla para personas mayores en French Towers.
